What Payment Methods are accepted?

We offer a variety of payment methods to make the process as convenient as possible:

  • Debit Card
  • Invoice – Bank Transfer

Can I Pay by Invoice?

Yes, you can. During the checkout process, simply select ‘Pay on Invoice’. A PDF invoice will be emailed to the invoice contact provided during booking.

If your organisation requires a Purchase Order (PO) number to be included for procurement purposes, you can enter this during checkout.


Purchase Order Documents

You can secure your booking with a copy of a valid Purchase Order (PO) while awaiting payment. Please send a copy to:

No problem. If your organisation requires TCC to be registered as a supplier, please send any relevant registration forms to:

I have been approved for a grant or funding – what schemes do you accept?

We’re happy to support learners who have been approved for funding or grants. We accept a variety of schemes, including:

  • ELCAS (Enhanced Learning Credits)
  • ReAct+ (Wales-based employment support scheme)
