When will I receive Joining Instructions?
- If you booked more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive your joining instructions approximately 14 days prior to the course.
- If you booked within 14 days of the course start date, one of our friendly team members will contact you shortly to share the next steps.
I have booked a Virtual Classroom course — what software will I need to use?
We use the following systems during our Virtual Classroom courses, so it’s a good idea to check that you can access each one beforehand.
- Zoom – Used for live video sessions and group interaction.
- Miro – An online collaborative whiteboard for group activities.
- Beekast – A tool for engaging and interactive learning exercises.
You will receive detailed access links and setup guidance in your joining instructions.
